Are Cabo fares really fixed?+
Yes. The fare you see before you confirm is the fare you pay, whether it is a ride across town now or an airport run next week. No surge pricing, ever, and traffic and roadworks are on us.
How quickly can I get a ride?+
Cabo drivers work across Bristol around the clock. Enter your destination and the app shows the nearest driver's arrival time next to the fixed fare, before you confirm anything.
Can I book in advance?+
Yes. Pick a date and time in the app for airport transfers, early starts and important appointments. Pre-booked rides include free flight tracking on airport pickups and free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?+
Add your flight number to a pre-booked airport pickup and we track it live. Your driver's pickup time moves with your landing time automatically, and the first 45 minutes of waiting from your scheduled landing time are free.
Where does Cabo operate?+
On-demand rides run across Bristol and the surrounding area, including Bristol Airport. Longer journeys to Bath, Cardiff, Heathrow and Gatwick can be pre-booked at a fixed fare.
